The championship runs every Thursday over a period of 8 weeks. The Championship will continue from 1 February 2024.

Only your top 4 results will count towards the championship.

Entry link and payment details are posted on the NOC Whatsapp Group.

R500 per person per Thursday night.

The league is done as individual drivers and not as teams.

So it will be R500 per Thursday?
  • Yes, you pay for each round of the championship individually so you can decide in which rounds you want to participate in.

How does it all work?
  • The league runs as an 8-event championship of which your top 4 results will count and score points, all while using an exciting rallycross inspired format which consists of 4 - 6 Qualifying heats, 2 - 3 last chance heats, 2 – 3 semi final heats and one final heat.
I missed a couple of events, is it too late to still enter?
  • Not at all!  It doesn’t matter at what stage of the league we are, anyone is welcome to join and enter the league at any time.
I have very little to no racing experience, am I allowed to enter?
  • For sure! The whole idea behind the league was to open the world of competitive karting to anyone interested but don't know where to start, thus the Night of Champions league is a great stepping stone to learn the basics. The rental karts also provide a level playing field for any racers from beginner to professional level.

Do I need my own racing equipment like race suit and helmet?
  • The good news is that you don’t need any racing equipment as such! The only requirement is that you wear closed toed shoes and it’s recommended that you wear long sleeves and pants. We request that everyone bring their own helmets as far as possible, but helmets can also be supplied free of charge if needed.
